My freezer is always full of various ice cream. Ice cream lover myself that I enjoy eating it even during wintertime. When I was young, I just made frozen orange juice popsicles and ate them instead of drinking orange juice. In time, I still make my ice cream popsicles using ingredients that I have.
This time, I made five flavors of ice cream.
- CITRON YOGURT ICECREAM
- PLUM YOGURT ICECREAM
- QUINCE YOGURT ICECREAM
- MILK COFFEE ICECREAM
- JOBS TEARS TEA ICECREAM

INGREDIENTS

Ottogi Honey Citron Tea
Ottogi Honey Plum Tea
Ottogi Honey Quince Tea
Namyang French Cafe Coffee mix
Ottogi Pinenuts & Walnuts & Jobs Tears Tea powder
Plain Yogurt
Lemon Zest
Green Grapes
Orange Zest

* PREPARE Icecream popsicles mold & blender.

HOW TO MAKE CITRON YOGURT ICECREAM

1/2 cup of plain yogurt + 2 TBSP of honey tea + Lemon zest

Citron - 1.

Prepare plain yogurt.
I used the 365 plain yogurt.
I tried with other brand's plain yogurt, but it was too thick.
If you think your choice of yogurt is too thick, don't worry and just add some milk.

Citron - 2.

Add 1/2 Cup of the plain yogurt into a blender.

Add to cart

Citron - 3.

Add 2 TBSP of Ottogi honey citron tea into a blender.

Citron - 4.

Add lemon zest into a blender.

Citron - 5.

Use the blender to mix the ingredients together.
Allow enough time for lemon zest to grind well.
And pour it into a popsicle mold.

HOW TO MAKE PLUM YOGURT ICECREAM

1/2 cup of plain yogurt + 2 TBSP of honey tea + 6 grains of green grape

Add to cart

Plum - 1.

Add 1/2 Cup of the plain yogurt,
2 TBSP of Ottogi honey plum tea,
and around 6 green grapes into a blender.
Use the blender to mix the ingredients together.
Allow enough time for grapes to grind well.
And pour it into a popsicle mold.

HOW TO MAKE QUINCE YOGURT ICECREAM

1/2 cup of plain yogurt + 2 TBSP of honey tea + Orange zest

Add to cart

Quince - 1.

Add 1/2 Cup of the plain yogurt,
2 TBSP of Ottogi honey quince tea,
and orange zest into a blender.
Use the blender to mix the ingredients together.
Allow enough time for orange zest to grind well.
And pour it into a popsicle mold.

HOW TO MAKE JOBS TEARS TEA ICECREAM

2 bags of Ottogi Pinenuts & Walnuts & Jobs Tears Tea powder + Water

Add to cart

JOBS TEARS - 1.

Add 2 bags of Ottogi Pinenuts & Walnuts & Jobs tears tea,
and 180mL of lukewarm water into a cup.
Mix the tea powder and water well.
Pour it into a popsicle mold.

HOW TO MAKE MILK COFFEE ICECREAM

2 bags of Namyang French Cafe Coffee mix + Water

COFFEE - 1.

Add 2 bags of Namyang French Cafe mix,
and 180mL of lukewarm water into a cup.
Mix the coffee powder and water well.
Pour it into a popsicle mold.
Close the top and add sticks.
Put it in the freezer and let it sit for overnight.
It is ready to be served, yay!
