Egg Bread is upgraded to PIZZA BREAD


I uploaded a blog post of the EGG BREAD a few days ago.

My colleagues saw my post, and they asked me to make one for them.
Since I am such a good person (:-)), I decided to make the egg bread for them. As I was preparing the ingredients, I thought of upgrading the egg bread to PIZZA BREAD!
 

 

I baked three types, PIZZA BREADEGG BREAD WITH CORN AND ONION SALAD, and ORIGINAL EGG BREAD.

[What to prepare]

Eggs
Milk
Salt
Parsley
Oil
Bacon
Onion
Sweet Corns
Cherry Tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese

 

 


Buy it now

1.

Make the batter with 1 Cup of pancake mix and 8 tbsp (120mL) of milk. 

 

 

 

2.

Spray oils to the baking pan.

 

 

 

3.

Pour the batter up to the 1/4 of the pan.
(Step 1~3 are just the same as the egg bread recipe.)

 

 

 

4.

Break an egg on the top of the batter. 

 

 

 

5.

Sprinkle salt and parsley.

 

 

 

6.

Mix sweet corn and chopped onion with OTTOGI MAYONNAISE.

 

 

 

7.

Add corn and onion salad on top of the egg except on the original egg bread.
(I prefer you to add the corn and onion salad before breaking eggs on the batter.
Spread the corn and onion salad evenly on the batter, which makes the same taste everywhere you bite on the bread.)

 

 

 

8.

Add chopped bacon on every bread.

 

9.

Add chopped cherry tomatoes on the egg bread with corn and onion salad.
I guess you can add chopped cherry tomatoes on the pizza bread too.
And add mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza bread.

 

10.

Add mozzarella cheese on top of the egg bread with the corn and onion salad. Sprinkle OTTOGI KETCHUP on top of the pizza bread.
Sprinkle parsley on all.

 

 

11.

Pre-heat your oven at 400 Fahrenheit.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil to prevent the egg from drying up.
Bake bread for 20 minutes.

 

 

 

 

12.

Uncover the foil.
Can you smell the delicious bread?
It is ready to be served!
Remove the bread from the pan.

 

 

 

 


Beautifully baked bread♥︎.
Since a whole egg is potted in each bread, eating just one bread brings a full stomach.
Everyone who tried my bread loved the moist and soft texture.
PIAZZA BREAD was the most popular one.

 

 

 


So! I baked some more pizza bread using paper cups at the office.
My office has a mini oven.
(Baking time varies on which oven you use, and how many bread you are trying to bake.)

 

1.

Fill up the paper cup as you did with the baking pan.
Spay oils -> Fill out the batter -> Break an egg -> Sprinkle salt -> Put corn and onion salad -> Add bacon and cherry tomatoes

 

 

 

2.

Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parsley on the top.

 

 

 

3.

Sprinkle OTTOGI KETCHUP.
Pre-heat your mini oven at 400 Fahrenheit.
Cover the paper cup with the aluminum foil to prevent the egg from drying up.
Bake the PIZZA BREAD for 25 minutes.
 
FYI, Do not put all 6 cups!
A mini oven is just too small to bake all of them.
I had to keep adding times (15+3+5+5+5+3 minutes) for 6 cups to be cooked,
and had to bake 3 cups separately the last 2 minutes for each set in the oven.

 

 

 

 Here is the production of long and hard work.
I used a spoon to eat the PIZZA BREAD cup.
It is delicious as the pan baked PIZZA BREAD.
