It consists of wheat noodles topped off with thick sauce. OTTOGI BLACK BEAN SUACE MIX is easy and simple to cook. No need to fry 'CHUNJANG (salty black soybean sauce)' or prepare starch separately.

3.52oz Ottogi Black Bean Sauce Mix
0.33lbs Meat (Beef, Pork, or Chicken)
0.66lbs Onions
0.44lbs Potatoes
0.22lbs Zucchini
0.15lbs Carrots
0.01lbs Mashed garlic
1.5fl oz Ottogi cooking oil
23.67fl oz (3cups) Water
Cooking Direction
1. Chop meat, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and carrot into the cube and stir fry with mashed garlic and oil.
2. Put all stir-fried ingredients and 23.67fl oz (3cups) of water in a pot, boil, and simmer until cooked.
3. Add Ottogi Black Bean Sauce mix to the pot and stir well with low heat until it becomes thick.
4. Serve over cooked rice or noodle.
