Ottogi's Black Bean Paste is inspired by the Korean traditional dish called Jjajangmyeon. The specialty of this sauce is that it has roasted sweet black bean sauce (known as Chunjang or Tianmian Sauce) taste as it is!
Cooking Directions
[For 4 Servings]
4 pieces of Ottogi Stir-fried black bean paste
150g of your choice of meat
300g of onion (2 of a medium-sized onion)
200g of potato (1 of a large-sized potato)
100g of zucchini (1/3 of a medium-sized zucchini)
70g of carrot (1/2 of a small-sized carrot)
6g of mashed garlic (1/2 tablespoon of mashed garlic)
45g of cooking oil (3 tablespoons of cooking oil)
500mL of water (2 and 1/2 cup of water)
[For 2 Servings]
2 pieces of Ottogi Stir-fried black bean paste
75g of your choice of meat
150g of onion (1 of a medium-sized onion)
100g of potato (1/2 of a large-sized potato)
50g of zucchini (1/6 of a medium-sized zucchini)
35g of carrot (1/4 of a small-sized carrot)
3g of mashed garlic (1/4 tablespoon of mashed garlic)
15g of cooking oil (1 tablespoon of cooking oil)
250mL of water (1 and 1/4 cup of water)
Cooking Steps
- Fry chopped meat, vegetables, and mashed garlic with cooking oil in the pan.
- Add water to the pan and boil it until the meat and vegetables are cooked.
- On low heat, add pieces of Ottogi stir-fried black bean paste and boil it while stirring. Then the sauce is ready!
- Serve it with cooked rice or cooked noodles.
