1. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
2. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
3. Cook thoroughly.
4. Keep foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.
Heating Instructions - Deep Frying
1. Heat the oil in the fryer to 330°F.
2. Place 1 piece (2 pieces for half-cut) of FROZEN pork loin fritter into the fryer. Cook for 6-7 minutes (5-6 minutes for half-cut).
3. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
Heating Instructions - Pan Frying
1. Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan and heat the oil.
2. Place 1 piece (2 pieces for half-cut) of FROZEN pork loin fritter into the pan. Cook the fritter on medium heat for 7-8 minutes (6-7 minutes for half-cut), turning each side over occasionally until all sides are golden brown.
3. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
